Same here. Spring is great out here. I just hope the bees had enough time to pollinate before they all fell down. For 3 months of the year, the wild grass actually turns green. I guess I get spring a little early because I live in a milder climate.

I did get to go snowboarding yesterday. So winter isn't fully gone yet.

It's a bit strange being in nj now, every once in a while passing a pile of snow. It hasn't snowed back home since at least January...at least nothing that stuck.

All rainy here. Worms must be worming around big time.

Just counted 26 assholes in back yard. Dang some are attacking each other. What a bunch of assholes.
    Fun watching.

My body aches all over and I've got chores to do. I don't wannna do them at all. I just wanna sit here and do nothing. But then tomorrow is Monday, and that means I'll have to go back to work. Which then causes the chores to stack up more and more. Uggghhhh laziness is such a curse. :)

We took the oldest daughter to her softball tournament games today. They didn't win. I think they ended up in maybe 4th place for the weekend. I was glad to get out of there a little early. I guess the people from out of town probably had to take tomorrow off.

The triplets' team didn't win either. I think they ended up at sixth place out of 15 teams. They've won that gianormous trophy before. I'm sure they were disappointed.

I think maybe my neighbor with the lung cancer passed away today. Her daughter was in a state yesterday, posting about saying goodbye and not being ready to let go. I'm not certain at all. She stopped asking for prayers for her mom so...

Anyway, I've gotten a shower and I have a load of clothes in the washer.

I forgot to mention the best part of today.

My granddaughter told me that she needs me to go dress shopping with her, and her mom, for her 8th Grade Formal. It's not about money because everybody knows this grandma is broke! She needs me - she needs me to help her pick her first formal dress. It's so sweet that it brings me to tears!

I just, unintentionally, scared hubby almost out of his skin.

I haven't laughed this hard in a long, long, long time!

I'm moving shelving units that I use for pantry space; clearing clutter; moving my kitchen table out of the dining part of my eat in kitchen and turning that area into a pantry/mud room space.

    It feels good.

Switching things up can be fun and really change a space and the feel of it. :)

Hope it opens up the space for you and you love the change! :)

This creek I'm sluicing through is in my back yard. Wouldn't be great if I found a platinum vein going through my property? I'd never tell my landlord :D

    Today was another beautiful day.

My neighbor passed away and I'm so relieved for her. She spent a month in agony after she broke her hip and they found that the lung cancer was in her bones. Her daughter and oldest granddaughter will always miss her and I'm sorry for that.

We borrowed some grocery money from hubby's sister. It was so late in the day that I'm not cooking. He wanted hot dogs and I picked up a frozen pizza, too. I'll get some proper groceries tomorrow.
