What's Happening?

wheel-burro because I like to think of it as my little donkey with a wheel..

 

I can only go by what I burn from exercising. What I burn at work all day??my no clue.

I'm not in a race to burn calories. It is a marathon not a sprint.

I hear ya! although in my case, I have to do sprints half of the time because the other half I'm lazy af! nah nah or I just have various other things distracting me. I know that I should be more regular, and I try and do it for the most part, but could definitely be much better.

alright, kitty sitting again today. did I ever mention that my sis had a baby and my folks keep leaving to go visit and I get kitty duty?? It's cool. Cats are often better than people but I still haven't seen my nephew!! oi! anywayy....

You asked about a workout thread...there was one titled "post if you worked out today" that was before I started working out though so I can't tell you anything about it.

 

I lost 7lbs somewhere. Of course I only drank excessively during the construction. I just drink some now. Having some that Lip Lock stout again. dangerously delicious.

 

My Fitbit watch gives me a rough estimate of my calorie burning and the phone application lets you add what you eat and tallies it all up for you. that's why i know some things hehe.

 

Dinner is cooked and all the cats and the dog are fed.

My son lives in the house next door and he's only been sober for about 18 months. I don't like to drink in front of him. I'll wait until after his bedtime. He's an early riser for work so he goes to bed early.

 

I was looking at Easter stuff on Pinterest and was reminded that I saw edible Easter Basket Grass at the craft store the other day.

I think that's so smart.

So, well, I'm home now. Cats and nice weather are sooo healing!! I need more to make up for the past 12 months though!

 

I found out that I don't have to work on Good Friday, but I have to work overtime this week and part of next week to make up for it...fair trade I guess.

 

I'm going away to the countryside and down by the sea on Thursday for a few days. Family and dogs. Can't wait.

 

Finished work late. Don't have energy to fix a meal. I think I will walk the dogs and buy some tamales for dinner. Don't have any fun planned for the weekend. There is something wrong with this picture.

 

oh ya, my cat killed a bird today.

 

I like it better when my cat kills rats, less feathers.

 

I think I'm going to get my hair cut.

I've been growing out the Pixie and it's time for a little style again.

 

Yea a new hair cut is nice.

I had to get one a few days ago. I want the dreads back but I gotta make a sacrifice in a career. I didnt cut a lot off so its still the crazy fro hair.

I would have to cut it when I start training for the new career. I will make over triple the income so ill take that over long hair.

6 months of training for this line of work.

I leave at the end of June and will come back in December certified.

 

It's under health and i think alternative lifestyle.
