That pic of me was on my birthday, best ever! In Rhodes, just ate the best steak, drank the best wine, then went to the best rock club..But best of all! I was pissed, stoned, and i remember it all, i think!

82 here and I'm in the mountains...so yes, I agree. I didn't even have to use my snowblower or a shovel here this winter.

My white blood cells were really low two weeks ago and i had eye pain and just felt like shit.

Well it was some kind of virus i'm sure I got from work.

So I asked the family to help me out cause state insurance only covers so much to get a CT scan.

The doc said it was a great scan cause i have 0 body fat so they could see everything.

No surprise I do have liver damage, which caused my spleen to be moderately enlarged. The doc was not too concerned, though it now makes sense my immune system took such a beating that the spleen was having a harder time filter my blood cells.

Overall its good news thankfully. Also its the biggest motivator ive had to stay clean when I wish I could drink and drug again. From the first blood draw to the 2nd my white cells have gone back up.

I'll have 11 months recovery on the 26th.


The GF also wants me to gain 5 pounds, which seems impossible for me the way I live.

So ill give her a hard time saying the doc said because of no body fat they saw everything.

Ill get blood work done again in 6 weeks to make sure nothing crazy happened.


Then I plan on moving at the end of June. Time for a career change and better money. Ill leave for 6 months.

I took Tonez out for a horse ride in the morning and he said he wasn't getting on any horse back and I saddled him up good and proper and off we went lol. Nothing too crazy but I think he enjoyed it he said it was surreal coming from NYC now living in the alps and on horseback with no one around. Said he'd never gotten that feeling ever in his life.

I told him that lonesome don't feel like much when you're this high and in the alps just on your own watching the birds and hawks or a stream or just looking over the countryside. It's the best therapy. I've never said to myself while in that situation "man I wish I had Laura with me" not even Laura with me! Satan talk!! But it's true. It's just therapy for your soul.

My back is still sore so it was a quick ride. I told him next time we pack a picnic and he told me "nahhhh look at me do you think I'm the type of guy that packs a fucken picnic? unless there's burger joints along way that's the only way I'm riding out for lunch"

Lol. Funny guy.

I like his honesty too. He's got a real daggy beard and long hair but balding and bit of a tummy for sure and he doesn't care one bit he still drinks his beer, eats the burgers and hair all out in the wind. Honestly any other job you'd dismiss him by looks but he works in our environment, we've such a diverse group of whackos working for us.
