Yes... for hours on end. Lol.

Let's think about this sport choice more closely.

I have a bad back, I bend over a table
I have sore feet, stands on them for up to 8hrs
Good eyesight? I don't have that either.
    Focus? Nope, no focus.

Beers??? Yes, I drink beer. :D

On the nutritional side, throw out everything you think you know.

They still dont have much of an idea about the relationship between calcium, magnesium, hormones, osteoporosis and spinal cartlidge.

Even though many seemingly legit sites will tell you to make sure you get lots of calcium.

Useless if your kidneys are hoarding too much calcium, or your hormone levels are affecting bone density or cartlidge health

And part of sciatica is just plain luck as to where that nerve ends up in relation to everything else in adulthood.

Do your own trial and error and research, dont listen to "experts"

You have to rule out everything from PID, kidneys, hormones, calcium, magnesium, sodium blah blah blah

I didn't webmd the condition at all or looked into it because I'd probably end up with brain cancer again like everything leads to. :D

    Sore feet? Brain cancer
    Tinnitus? Brain cancer
    Bad Eyes? You guessed it...

You dont want the gel kind. It feels all nice and squishy but it won't do anything for your back. A buddy of mine is an orthotist, and he strongly reccomends staying away from the squishy inserts. What you need is more support, not less.

Some stores have a machine that reads the pressure points in your feet and then reccomends one of the dozens of corrective inserts they have available. Its not as good as a professional fit obviously but its the only other option really.

The squishy ones are more for lounging about.

I bought new pair of boots along with a full size orthotic insert for both boots and it had made an amazing difference. My back doesn't hurt. My heels don't hurt, they are just super comfortable. :)

So I use my small inserts I got the other day for my normal flat sole shoes. :) I'll see how that goes for a while.

I know there's a lot of other factors with my back pain than just my shoes or inserts etc. I can at least feel a difference though and more comfort with what I've just done. :)
