What's Happening?

I got a phone call 2 days ago from a girl friend that grew up in the same area as me. We used to work together. Both us and her marriage went downhill from addiction. Well we were around a group of 30 people strait up lost in addiction. The last time I saw her was 2 1/2 years ago when we were talking in our trucks, she was meth outtt.

Well she vanished and I found out she went to Georgia to a recovery house for 2 years. She just called me and it was awesome to hear her voice! She is back in our home state and is 3 hours away.

We both made it out.

She went back to her old house from the road and drove around. Really sad to see how things turned out. Made her cry. I feel the same way.

Damn it was so good to talk to her!

That road trip me and the GF went on... omg never done anything like it, and dont want to again.

We left tuesday night at 10:30pm and got back home at 9am thursday... 1700 miles

Neither of us slept for almost 3 days.

 

That's grueling.

The most I've done is drive from Atlanta to NJ, go to a bands show, and drive back to Atlanta.

It was fun but painful.

 

The only reason we were able to do such miles is two stretches of 400 miles and we could do 80 and at times almost 90mph.

When we got home i took a shower and then fell asleep within seconds. Woke up and had to take another shower lol...

 

I need to listen to some music.

I don't know yet what I'll settle on but I definitely gotta hear some music.

 

It's gotten to be the time of day where the fans and a/c are running wide open. No need to try to listen to music anymore right now.

I'm cooking dinner.

It's 82 degrees inside. I feel like I'm roasting.

 

Just checked. It's 24, well, 75F here right now. Not too too bad, but needing the fan now and then sleeping in the AC upstairs.

 

I turned the ac down .. got the unit in the hall that condenses in the attic.. sadly new side has no ac.. but ive the cellar cleared to get the system in.. I could drop a window ac in this .. will see.. I dropped satan off senior center the other day... was she pissed.. but found some good shit.. yes go to a ball game .. get some cookies. play bingo for stainless cookware.. dont give a fuck .. just get out my house. and kitchen creep.

she has a car.. lord satan can take her damn self lol.. she said she dont know anyone .. to bad.. meet them, u will live or we will die.. she had a coffee shop job for 5yrs, but they closed now she dont know what to do with herself.. oh no you aint going to burning my kitchen down.. if you give her a task like cooking, washing shit shes normal. nothing to do manic firebug.. the center is not far.. her sister goes there. ... Ill shut the electric off the stove.. shes pissed and finds a toaster,, lol a toaster.. .. grill, then i shut down the wall power.. she cant plug anything in without supervision.. well you know the story.

 

Just tell her that if she doesn't go to the center then the state is going to put her in a home because....I'm sure you can come up with some reason.

 

the night I laft power on the walls.. shes grilled something when I was out.. some kinda cookie shit.. house smelled like birnt vanilla fpr a week..
