Hubby wanted the chicken slowly boiled in the mixture; so that's what I did. I added water.

    It's good!

I put it on top of a spinach salad, with mushrooms, carrots, cheese, and ranch. Eating saltines on the side.

In the morning I had a fried egg sandwich. The bread was regular white bread, that was toasted slightly. I put an avocado hollandaise on top of the egg. I also had some fried cherry tomatoes.

Later that evening, I had vegan sloppy joes with tator tots.

I also had cereal, but that's not cooking.

I think I'll make myself some Pasta Salad and put the leftover Chicken on it.

The Spinach Salad was incredibly good but I think my gut would like me to take a break from Spinach; since I had it in Spaghetti for two nights prior to the salad.

Always happy to make a lovely lady smile. Or laugh.

Even if it IS over something stupid I did.

    Enjoy your week!

I needed a nap this evening so before I laid down I put a hamburger steak in the mini crock pot. I put some water, a boullion cube, fresh mushrooms, and bell pepper in it.

I think I'll make some rice to go with it.

Edit: I dumped some rice in the crock pot while it's boiling.

Further Edit: Yep, this idea is a keeper.

^^ ran out of likes, that sounds good though.

I made a new Mexican dinner dish, new recipe.

Funny, I've never had a dish stink up the fridge like this one. lmao

I baked a potato in the microwave like I always do. It only takes 6 minutes! :) How exciting is that? Anyway that isn't all I ate; just the "cooked" part. I also had some nuts and a granola bar. Being healthy for now...

Yeah! I ate one last night, the best thing about them is of you cut one in half long ways the pieces are exactly like the square pizza they served in elementary school

You're the Crockpot Master! I'm in awe of you.

I never made the spaghetti. I kept reading how it comes out mushy if you just leave it, and how most added it later and mixed it a few times, like you did. I just ended up cooking it in a pot. I don't have your tenacity. I liked the lasagna, manicotti and rigatoni because those you can just throw in and leave them. Maybe fettuccine would be good. Have you tried a Fettuccine Alfredo? I really think you should (so if it goes awry, you'll be the one stuck with the bad meal. :-D )

Anyway, um, haven't cooked yet, but I'm about to...but I'd rather tell you what I did the other day.

Cajun fish fry, mashed potatoes and gravy (taters storebought, but gravy homemade), asparagus and duh duh duh, fried gobi pakora (pakodi?) :p

and making custard for desserts (I don't eat much of it, but it's soo good! :D)

Both were oh so good. The house still smells good. The carrot cake also had zucchini and pineapple in it. Oh, and walnuts too. It was so nice and moist and flavourful with cinnamon and cardamom added.
