    There's absolutely nothing wrong with a white woman owning a burrito shop. It doesn't make the food less authentic. It's like sushi bars. Half the time the chef is not even Asian, or more specifically, Japanese. :)

    I've been told that for a white boy I make a mean salsa... and boy oh boy I do love a good taco. I don't really care WHO makes it or what color they are, as long as it's tasty and fresh and made from healthy clean ingredients.

    I make really good salsa too, I actually pretty much exclusively cook food from cultures to which I do not belong. Food is the greatest thing we can share with other cultures
