panic attacks again, didn't make it in yesterday, and went in today but then had to leave after a few minutes because i had a panic attack.

fuck. i'm going to end up either quitting or getting let go, because i haven't been able to get this under control.

it fucking sucks. and my wife is going on mat leave in november, so going without my income would make things pretty tight.

in the past i've always just kind of hit a point where I sort of snapped out of it and started feeling better all of the sudden, but that hasn't happened this time.

oh well, we're not going to starve to death or anything. i'm lucky because my wife makes good money, so i can always stay home with the kids after she goes back to work. it will just be during her maternity leave that would suck.

who knows, i could wake up tomorrow and feel fine and get right back to it.

 

So.... Yeah.

I've always listened to a lot of music but never had any talent in terms of actually making music.

 

My daughter in law suffers panic attacks, my heart goes out to her sometimes, people don't get it.
She will have a panic attack worrying about, in case she has a panic attack.
Lately I see it taking more of her confidence, and I'm at a loss as what to do.

I am the opposite of panic attack prone.....I should be panicking like a mad man right now as we speak but I cant muster it....I am a sliver away from complete devastation and I do not give a fuck

We had a neighbor who was a stay at home dad. He had to go on disability because of panic disorder.
