Anyone play guitar?

I second MX tabs. Their forums have alot of good people there. Well, the bass forums are good, I don't know about the guitar forum. You should really learn some theory, and like shelly said, get a good cord book.

 

strum strum strum.... strumming my guitar... strum is a weird word... but my guitar loves it... la di da...

 

i taught myself to play guitar as well. my friends, who's been playing for 3 years and had lessons for those three years, actually thinks im better than him.

mxtabs.net is a great site for tablature but unfortunately they dont have much variety song-wise. if you search for a song and find it there is rarely a variation in the way it's written out/played, the only difference is the name of who posted it there.

www.taborama.com is quite good if you're in a band and you want to find all the parts for a song quickly.
