i got excited when heat came back

Only having 9 people is a bit hard as usually I host the whole extended family. This year I am going to take it easy instead. That way I can just collapse if I need to. Or I can play the sick card and skip the dishes........lol

 

I have a Christmas present for Hubby.

I'm letting go everything that I ever held against him.

It just doesn't matter. Time is short. I'm moving forward.

for the 2, we had takeout. i don't think i've actually cooked for someone ever.

 

We always share the cooking and everyone brings dishes they prepared.

My mother use to do all the cooking for about 25 of us...Bless her heart and rest her soul!

 

We went to RiteAid so we could use the Care Credit card.

That store is expensive!

We got $10 worth of sodas. $10 pack of toilet paper. Some gauze. Two packs of Christmas Cookies. Three little stuffed bears for the girls. Nine gift bags. Two big Monster drinks...I think that was about all.

The freaking total was $81.00

 

i buy anything from riteaid its usually one item. rarely two or more. (maybe tights and stockings) they have an ok selection. but not more differnet than cvs.

 

I hated to do it but being near broke we had to. I was just literally astounded with the total bill.

Twas the week before Christmas, with bad weather reports, and the folks of Georgia were out wearing shorts. Rushing to Dollar General for some milk and potatoes, and maybe some candles in case of tornadoes. While many are dreaming a Christmas of white, I'm wondering if I'll need AC tonight! Before you start wondering what's coming out of my mouth, I'm just saying Merry Christmas from Georgia and The whole darn South!!

Naww. youre sweet. I'm still messed up a little. But I got 6hrs sleep and don't think I moved once. But my head is not clear right now so I'm having a warm bath. It can go two ways either i sweat all fluid out and feel better or the warmth gets to my head and makes me dehydrated and worse so I have a big bottle of water. I feel so bloated hehe.
