I have a question; if I were to go hiking in the woods (mountains) naked in a place that doesn't accomodate as such. Is there any legal trouble I can get in to? I have always wanted to go naked but didn't want to fuck my life over.
Since you don't say where you are--not even which continent you're on--and your "Location" is meaningless, nobody will be able to give any useful answers to your question.
You do have a point. I did make a lot of assumptions. I am in Pennsylvania, United States, North America. I'm refering to hiking in State Parks.
I love hiking nude, I am in South Carolina and I go to some remote Trails and usually early morning during the week. So far I have not had any problems!
It depends on lots of variables. If nobody sees you, you won’t get in any trouble. It’s easy to check the rules in your state park system. National forest and national parks are generally the best places to hike and camp nude. I’ve asked national forest rangers. They say it fine as long as you make a effort to cover up, if you encounter other people. They just asked that I get a little ways away from the trailhead . Also, being smart in ways like hiking at off peak times. I like to pick an out and back trail. If there are no cars in the lot, I can confidently get nude. Early morning or evening is also helpful. If the state you’re in has specific laws against nudity, the National forest will adopt those laws. I hope that helped. Have fun
I am a nudist and live in the rainforest. That said I can stay naked as much as I want. But hiking naked here is not a good idea. Too many bugs and other creatures to bite you. We have private property and trails that take over 2 hours to walk. It is a pristine Eco system forest. When we hike we have Hiking sticks and a machete in hand. I do most of my work in the nude.
I believe it is legal to go naked in National parks. Just don't do anything lewd, because that is illegal..
I hike nude in places where I’m not likely to run into anyone. Never had a problem. Someone saw me an$ my wife once but we just acted normal and kept on walking. Having my wife with probably helps. Somehow people are less off3nded by women
This isn’t something that even at the worst case will ruin your life. Even if you came across a ranger that wanted to make an issue out it, if you made an earnest effort to cover up and we’re respectful nothing will come of it
Even though I've already contributed to this thread, I'll say some more. 10 years should be enough. In at least some places, federal authorities exercise what they call "concurrent jurisdiction" where they enforce state laws on federal property. So even though there aren't any federal laws against it, you can't totally count on being allowed to be nude on federal property. Mostly though, rangers make a quick decision about whether someone is causing trouble or looks likely to, and if you seem harmless they don't make hassles. Or you can just plan to be stealthy and never get seen! There are nude hiking groups in various places in the United States, and if they've got any common sense, they know what the law is in the places they go, and what the general level of tolerance is for nudity. I couldn't imagine the woods would get you in trouble. Shit, there's always nudists and German forests. my favorite thing to do in spring is I know a few secluded places that collect snow melt and run off. Strip down in the sun, jump in the freezing water, it is so refreshing then pop back out when I can't move, sunbake a bit in the sun and feel the skin stretch back out... Brilliant.
In Spain, according to the law ( Spanish Constitution Art. 1º; Arts. 14, 17 y 20; Arts. 138, 139 y 149), you can be naked everywhere you like.

For example, Barcelona: Ordenanza de medidas para fomentar y garantizar la convivencia ciudadana en el espacio público de Barcelona Artículo 74 bis. Normas de conducta 1. Queda prohibido ir desnudo o desnuda o casi desnudo o desnuda por los espacios públicos, salvo autorizaciones para lugares públicos concretos, mediante Decreto de Alcaldía. 2. Asimismo, queda prohibido transitar o estar en los espacios públicos sólo en bañador u otra prenda similar, excepto en las piscinas, las playas o demás lugares donde sea normal o habitual estar con dicha prenda. La prohibición a la que se refiere este apartado no es de aplicación en los paseos marítimos ni en las calles ni vías inmediatamente contiguas con las playas o con el resto del litoral. Ordinance of measures to promote and guarantee citizen coexistence in the public space of Barcelona Article 74 b. Standards of Conduct 1. It is forbidden to go naked or almost naked in public spaces, except authorizations for specific public places through the Mayor's Decree. 2. Likewise, it is forbidden to transit or be in public spaces only in a swimsuit or other similar garment, except in swimming pools, beaches or other places where it is normal or usual to be with said garment. The prohibition referred to in this section does not apply to the promenades or the streets or roads immediately adjacent to the beaches or the rest of the coast. So the other way round you can still go nude in Barcelona on the streets and promenads next to the seashore ;-) And also the catalogue of countermeasures ist pretty moderate: first the authorities have to ask to get dressed.
