Do you have a fence? Because you can always use... I think it is called. Fuck this'll test me.. Lattice? Like a wooden mesh. I remember helping my dad put it on our fence which raised it so the neighbour with two story house couldn't look down into us, then we planted pine tree all along it and 10 years later the trees shot up and privacy. :)

Or you could get the hedges we have pittasporums or something, they give us 100% privacy at our house. Just once a year weekend hedging.

I have almost totally privacy from plantings but, as my son pointed out, the path from my house to his has a spot in it where those bitch neighbors can see straight from their front yard to my front porch.

I was thinking of constructing something made of natural branches. It would be something that we could zig-zag around to use the path but it would block the bitchy neighbors line of sight.

First game, Kentucky vs Davidson (forgive me, but who is Davidson)- anyway, it seemed kinda onesided-ish

Next game, Arizona vs Buffalo- at the edge of my seat, intense. It's pretty equal match. Hard to look away....or hard to follow because they just don't stop. Ha! Ok, no. Back to the game. :)

    I can relate a little.

I've been renting too long, and rent prices are steadily climbing. Even in this little town I moved to. My folks have really been putting on the pressure on me to buy a house so I'm no longer paying someone else's mortgage on their own house. Some of the homes I've looked at are much fancier than what I've got now, but the mortgage is even cheaper than what I'm paying now.

Yep. :) I can relate to that too because in the newer complex that we have townhouses at, even though the real estate does all the work for us, their proposed monthly rent is more than the mortgage lol. I let my lil sister rent free in my old town house I'm still slowly paying that off. I'm still paying my house of now I have 26 years left on it lol.

Now although buying a house is a personal investment, renting, although yes you are paying off someone's house, I find that renting gives you options. If you don't like where you live, you can just walk out and move, instead of being tied down.

Found a better paying job in a new city? Easy peas. You can't do that once you put down your signature on a house.

The same engineer & design team that built the pedestrian bridge that collapsed near Florida International University also designed the Zakim Bridge in Boston - lets hope they did a better job

Nobody beats the Wiz, my ass.

Celtics over the Wizards in double OT.

And, yeah, Hotwater, Zakim bridge is bee--you--tee--full!

After the Central Artery and the nightmare of the Big Dig, anything is an improvement. Though, didn't know the same engineers built the bridge in Florida. Such a tragedy

There oughta be a bridge somewhere they can dedicate to me. :) I'd probably come to the ceremony with a can of gasoline. Walk on over to the other and there I'd light a match and sit and stare through the smoke and flames wondering how I'm gonna get back!

Not sure what you meant Irmi.

Holy Crap that game took a turn! Still pretty intense though, but Buffalo really stole the game. And one of their leading scorer happens to rock dreadlocks. Um, so yeah, it was a pretty engaging game all the way through. Ha! They will play Kentucky on Saturday. I'll bet Buffalo wins that one too. Pretty impressive, not just the few players, but the teamwork too! Crowds and the commentators were intense too! Probably a little too much excitement for me. Ha! But it's over. I gotta chill and get ready for bed now. :p
