What is your ideal amount of sex per week?

If this is for as long as I am alive or able to function. Twice a week would be ideal, sometimes more, sometimes less, but on average twice.

 

Ideally I would want to 3-4 a week rub 1 or 2 out in between but realistically it’s twice a week mostly on the weekends

 

Three to four times a week for us. We are a senior couple and have sex for your health. We have studied the benefits and incorporate sex in our weekly life style. Just like exercise and eating right. There's no set number for us. As many fellow posters have already said, it totally depends on our moods.
