a simple google search for vegan, vegitarian, leather free, animal free or animal friendly shoes should give you TONS of websites to browse. It looks like finding leather free moccasins might be impossiable, sadly enough. We all have to make sacrifices to live an animal friendly lifestyle.

I wanted animal friendly moccasins for so long but have given
up on the search for now. Someone needs to invent them.
My problem is finding sneakers that I like.

Well, there's Moo Shoes in Toronto, but I think the shipping to Alabama on top of the $120 pricetag might be a little steep.

    Still, have a look-see:

I work at Journeys, the shoe store, and we carry a brand called McBeth, they are vegan shoes, and they are cool. If you go to Journeys and they dont have them there, ask for a catologe!

Nomadic State Of Mind is a company out of North Carolina that sells sandals and a bunch of other cool stuff. All their sandals are made of animal/nature friendly rope. They're cool as hell and really comfortable. They run about $30 and can be mailed right to your mailbox if you only order one pair(from my experience anyway). Bunch of real hip folks down there too. www.nomadicstate.com

If you're into sandals as much as I am, anyway. I even wear 'em in the snow.

birkinstock makes some really cute non-leather sandals and shoes. I have a couple of pairs and find them more comftrable that real leather and they're comfy too. Also puma makes a lot of tennis shoes without leather hmmm for mocassians I saw some at macys in juniors shoes that were synthetic leather. Oh and also fabric heels instead of leather always make you look more put together.
