He was actually suspended for a week for incitement of violence after telling his listeners to get their 'battle rifles' ready.

 

Even though private companies aren't entitled to uphold the first amendment for information published on their platforms, he could still probably be censored by the feds for actively inciting violence. But tragically I don't listen to enough Alex Jones to know if he meets this threshold regularly.
