What's Happening???

My girlfriend and I went to dinner with her mom and her (unfortunately) boyfriend for her birthday at a buffet. Although I suspect it was more so she wouldn't have to cook for him. He can eat an army's worth, it's actually quite sickening. And he's that real religious macho man type, like I'm the man, my woman must treat me like a king.

The food was decent though. They veggies were bland. I don't know why such an easy thing is so hard for any restaurant to get right. They're always steamed with no seasoning. No wonder kids grow up hating them.

and then because we were late back at Manchester we had missed our slot with the baggage abusers ( never fucking heard of that before now ) and were invited to sit on a static conveyor belt for one and a half hours while they unloaded flights that were on time !!!!

I went to bed early and then got up early. As if I had to work today. But, I don't. Instead, Jane, my wife, had to work through the night. So now I'm waiting to surprise her when she arrives (I even did the dishes).

plus the drunks have always been the friendliest I've seen.

I'm glad that @Melia got what I was saying about Jane, his wife.

 

I think I'll have some coffee while I'm still up. I don't remember what time I last got up...maybe around 6pm Sunday.
