ive never been to any festivals but this year i want all that to change - i live in brighton, does anyone know any good festivals nearish here? i dont really want to go to reading etc cause i hear theyre really crowded, i just want to go somewhere to chill with a bunch of good people. any suggestions?
im going download and leeds this year. I went leeds last year, its worth travelling too. Come along if you can
NO DONT DO READING OR LEEDS!! aaaaaaaaaghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh horrible drunken lout parties!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGH!!! hehe come to beautiful days in devon with us this year oh and hastings jack i nthe green festival isnt far from us either, thats a summer pagan celebration
check out festival eye magazine when it comes out. its not out yet and the websites not been updated but when it comes out its excellent. its lists every festival ever! peace and love stardust xxx
yeh i was looking at beautiful days, it looks pretty good - the one in hastings is a stones throw away from where i'll be living by then, sounds good!
i wanna go to beautiful days. or even better, i'd love to organise one, and make it a total flower power event
Check out the annual cannabis festival in South London...it's a lot of fun! http://www.thecannabisfestival.co.uk/ good people, good music and it's free!!
Hah! Festival Eye often doesn't get its ass in gear for publication until halfway through the summer! Bloody hippies.
yeh brighton festivals more of a creative/art thingy, my mate is in a big funk band at his college and they'll be performing dark side of the moon for brighton festival - i think he's singing money and time, i cant wait!! the same guy has now got a job at the same shop as u fleassy, good luck with that.... and you thought jacko was strange.....lol
dok most of my rowdy drunken friends aren't christians. nope, the rowdy ones would be the ones that indulge themselves in all sorts of immoral activities and substance taking...i'm trying to influence them in a good way? perhaps.
I laughed Nowt wrong with drunken louts, as long as you're in the mood to join them. A few of my friends went to Leeds last year and said it was marvellous. Glastonbury again for me - That's not all that far from Brighton surely, I'm sure I saw Brighton roadsides on the way there. Can't say enough good things about it all. So, 26 stages...You'll always have someone good to see, can't say that about every festival.
what, do you mean that not thinking doesn't sit well with religion? and which religion do you mean? i'm not part of a religion.
dont do reading, leeds,v or download or any of that crap. Cambridge Folk Festival is lovely but it's a bit of a trek from you. I've never checked out Beautiful Days. I'm doing Glasto this year.
