day spas and public baths

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone here might have some info on any day spas or public baths in Amsterdam? Just thought it might be a nice idea to have a massage or something while I was there. Also, does anyone know about the public baths? are they sketchy? Thanks for the help!

 

well i saw a few public baths....but they're mostly sex baths. but if thats what your looking for there are quite a few. and asking for a massage...well thats just askin for trouble! lol

 

There are lots of saunas and massages in Amsterdam that are non sexual. Many saunas have certain days when only one sex is allowed.

Try sauna Binnenpret, 1st Schinkelstraat (behind Vondelpark seen from center); or da Costakade 93.
