Anyone else notice that after they've worked out they feel more inclined to eat healthy food? How weird is that! Anyway what's everyone having/had for lunch today? I think I'm going to have an apple, peach yogurt, and a half of an english muffin with some margerine. Mmmmm As a side note, my whole body hurts now...damn lol
Yeah, I've been sort of working out on and off all morning, and that's what lead to my oatmeal incident..
i had some sort of mystery meat on bread with gravy and mashed potatoes. and i had a salad. but after working out, i eat healthy, mostly i have carbs and protein.

haha laxitives in your food...you never know with schools, do you? the stew on friday is probably made of leftovers from tuesday yuckers soulless you like green apples? i like red apples, especially macs. What i have today is a gala and it tastes like feet
i had an english muffin with some margerine too and a bonana with some grapes and orangjuce and I work out 5 days a week. I statred to eat healthy when I saw a fat ass on a talk show. eating healthy and working out helped a lot. I lost 34 lbs.
Wow, 34 pounds that's amazing! You must be so happy I'm not really trying to lose weigh perse, maybe a pound here or there but I'm right where I'm supposed to be...I want to tone, I have those icky girl love handles (thanks to lowrise jeans, now everyone can see them) that i want to get rid of. Plus I find it's a good stress-buster to. But wow, your story is great Congrats!
this is what I look now after 2 month of loseing 34 lbs. and I stoped eating all that fatty foods and started eating more healthyer and working out.
i do know for a 99% fact that they use left over meat at school for certain foods...like taco's. thats why the deli meats and spaghetti are safe bets every day and cereal.
today for lunch i had this piece of kumat bread with cucumber dill cream cheese, some other white cheese and alf alfa sprouts. and then like 15 minutes later i had an apple. i kinda snack all day...
