I thought of something interesting. Ya'll know who Michael Strahan is, right? You know, NFL hall of famer, TV talk show host, and sports commentator. Well, Michael's father was a boxer in the 82nd Airborne at Fort Bragg when he was an enlisted guy. He fought, and beat, Ken Norton (ex heavy weight champion of the world) in a match at Bragg when Norton was in the Marines. Now they had two fights and Norton did win the other one. And, Strahan's dad got his degree and his commission later on and was an officer in the 82nd. He might have been there when I got there after basic, jump school and Air Traffic Control school in '67.
reminds me of a video I was making to go with the Vietnam vet costume.. tried to tell a funny story Robert Downey Jr style couldnt keep a straight face.
