idk if anyone else does this, but when i was little my mom used to take shreaded cheese or any kinda cheese would work i guess, and put it on top of a plate of chips of my liking, usually doritos or tostitos(again, any kind would probably work) and microwave it for about 40 seconds... just use as many chips/cheese as you like, i normally just fill the plate up with the bigger ones and dont stack them, you could probably do them in the oven too but you might fry the chips...oh and watch them in the microwave, you dont want the cheese to get too burnt... i did them with these new 'garden of eatin' organic blue chips last night and it was to die for...relatively quick and yummy snack, not very filling though if you do them like i did with just one layer of chips ona plate though...

or take velveeta and a can of rotel chili/tomato and mix up, good with chips, you can add some hamburger if not vegetarian.
