I don't know what I was thinking... I decided I wanted to have some oatmeal, but I found that I don't have any of the instant kind. No problem I thought, I have a big container of non-instant kind. So I decided to make it, but the instructions seemed sort of odd, in the oats to water ratio... So I added a bit of extra water, but apparently it wasn't enough... This is the thickest shit I've ever seen. I'm not so sure I want to eat it now..

It was thick and gelatinous... I don't think making it in the microwave was the best idea...

Hehe it's not an experience I'd like to repeat.
It was also rather bland, and I couldn't think of anything to put in it to make it taste better.

That sounds like the kind of substance that is nice to throw at people.

    Hahaha I probably could. :D
It was strange, it just tasted like nothing. I've never really eaten anything before that didn't have any flavor at all.

One of my flatmates was frying bubble and squeak for lunch (like 30 mins ago) and he almost destroyed our kitchen. I think he used a bit too much oil... :p

This didn't have much to do with your original topic, but I'm just saying that you're not the only one who can't cook. ;)
