Yeah she did. She received training in proper procedure concerning classified material, and she signed a Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreement stating that she did indeed receive this training. By signing this Agreement, she also acknowledged that she understood that she was legally bound to the details of its content. She then ignored her legal obligations as stated in the Agreement she signed, and was grossly negligent. She was aware that the U.S. Code clearly condemns gross negligence, which describes gross negligence as exactly what she did. She violated the U.S. Code and the Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreement she signed. So . . .

  2. Sure, but it's not material. The US is not a democracy and wouldn't work if it was.

  3. Full support of the republicans? I don't see that. I see a line of republicans who want him gone and have been stabbing him in the back since before he was elected. Not that I feel any sympathy for Trump, he ran a dirty campaign, devoid of manners and dignity.

But I'm still quite happy that the Clintons aren't in the white house again. I'd have rather had Bernie.

I'm not saying that she should have won because she got more votes (although, I mean, that's probably how a democracy should work, but my own is far from perfect so I'm not going to throw any stones).

I was just responding to the assertion that a silent majority of Americans support Trump, which seems to be untrue, as he received less individual votes than Clinton.

That said, they're both likely war criminals and would rot in jail if there were any justice in this world.

Can you explain how Kushner got his classified clearance and training? Can you explain how that server in the Trump tower was talking with Russia so much … classified?

    Sure, whatever you say.
After being investigated at least 5 times by the Justice Department, 4 times by the FBI, 2 times by the Senate, 3 times by Independent Counsels, the House, and the CIA; over 27 years and never convicted of anything at a cost of roughly $100,000,000....you know better.

if she had been investigated the right way, instead of the FBI and Justice sweeping it under the rug, she would have been found guilty

You seem to be confusing a Representative Democracy with the concept of one person one vote.
In elections an argument can be made that every citizen should be considered equal as is stated in the Constitution, that is my vote means just as much as your vote.
Under the Electoral College system those citizens from less populated areas have a greater vote than those from populated areas.
We have a system in which if you live in a state with a high population and I live in a state with a low population, my vote means more than yours.
Electors don't even have to vote for the person they have been delegated to vote for.

I see tremendous support from the Republicans. How about some names of those Republicans that have voted against him or commented on his idiotic tweets.

So the right way is to presume guilt and then sentence.

That's the basic cognitive flaw medically found in all Republicans.

Dont several members of the Trump administration also use a private email server to send confidential emails?

I personally dont think the practice should be allowed at all but you Trumpers can hardly keep whatabouting back to Hillary when members of your hero's administration do the same thing.

Yeah, but he died. Rand Paul speaks up now and again, but he hasn't come out and really condemned Trump's idiotic stuff.

And how many Republicans have defended McCain?

Is this supposed to detract from Clinton's stupid handling of classified information and material?

Also, it's like they assume that anyone who would have preferred Clinton over Trump must automatically believe that she wasn't wrong for using a personal email server. Just because I prefer the turd over the giant douche, doesn't mean that I'm in favour of everything the turd has ever done.
