Well, Clinton received training in proper procedure concerning classified material, and that she signed a Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreement stating that she did indeed receive this training, and that she also signed this Agreement acknowledging that she understood that she was legally bound to the details of its content, and that she ignored her legal obligations as stated in the Agreement she signed, and was grossly negligent, and that she was aware that the U.S. Code clearly condemns gross negligence, which describes gross negligence as exactly what she did.

Despite the absolute truth of the above, your method of determining whether or not she violated U.S. Code is not whether or not she violated U.S. Code--which she obviously did--but whether or not she was charged. You see the problem there?

thats essentially the same thing as Trumpers who support members of the Trump administration who use a personal server for work related emails complaining about Hillary's use of a personal server. I dont like the major news networks very much, I dont think they're doing much real, investigative journalism anymore and their coverage of anything happening outside the sphere of Trump is absymal, but if your primary news source is Fox and Breitbart you have no room to complain. Fox is essentially the closest thing the US has to state tv.

You do realize the Grand Jury Mueller put together is still working on what Trump said and did in his contacts with Russia. Mueller also turned over the case of that mysterious bank which is owned by a foreign government which Trump had some dealings with in turn which alarmed Mueller. Adam Schiff knows a lot about this and some other Trump alarming behavior. That is why the Republican propaganda machine has been targeting him of late. Adam Schiff is also not going to accept a re-written Mueller report from William Barr. That would be a Barr Report, not a Mueller Report. You can tell all your Republican friends there will be no getting out of this one. The Democrats are going to squeeze until the Republican pig shits.
