    You gotta love the double standard that these fundie asswipes try to uphold. First they bitch and scream that religion is being forced out of public institutions, and then they do a 180 and try to prevent religions OTHER THAN THEIR OWN from enjoying equal rights under the law.

    It's either equal time for ALL faiths, or no place for ANY of them. You can't have it both ways, shitheads! If you want the right to cram Xtian prayers into public gatherings and official government functions, then you better damned well allow EVERYBODY (including those pesky Pagans!) to have an equal place at the table....

    wow, is this case still dragging on? i first heard about it quite some time ago, when simpson first challenged the policy. from a constitutional standpoint, chesterfield county hasn't got a prayer (pardon the pun). it should be an open and shut case. challenges like this have happened before, and the discriminating policy is always shot down. there are numerous precidents. why are they wasting taxpayer money with an appeal???
