The sound of an inflating balloon
Warns me of the rush that's coming soon.
I sit and wait and worry while
All my friends sit around and smile.

While I force those toxic fumes down my throat,
My body starts to break apart and float.
Self-realization, is that what this is?
I feel like I've found the eternal bliss.

    Everything vibrates, all is one.
All we see and do under the sun.
The vibration breaks up, the body is whole.
It's time to be me again-resume my role.

Everything's a bit blocked, I'm not quite me.
Something is different in all I hear and see.
I have the suspicion a price has been paid.
A piece of myself for a glimpse was the trade.

Nice poem. You should maybe put all of your poems into one thread, it's easier that way. Peace and love...
