I found a really good pizza place recently. I was about to give up on pizza too because it's either artisanal pizza that costs $40 to feed 2 people, or nasty chain places. But this place is a good old fashioned pizza joint owned by an Italian couple..or they might be Greek, i dunno..but it's only $10 for a large pizza that is always perfectly made

 

$10 for a large is decent if it's yummy.

 

I watch the cokehead one bite everyone knows the rules and get jealous, usually give a score before the score to see how close i get .. this pizza wouldve been perfect a few more minutes in the oven . and sure if this was a pick up.. Id say put it back in there, I needa crisp, a burnt cheese bubble and just one area the end the crust close to the fire thats been charred.
cheese was actually really good. and the non meat eater had no choice but to eat the pepperoni cause it wasnt separated like asked. 20$ I shouldnt need a fork to eat it with.

 

Yesterday I was looking for an afordable Chicago Deep Dish Pizza place. I might have found one but it's a bit of a drive and I was kind of on a time crunch so I did not end up getting Za.

I've noticed we're getting some of these new-ish type Pizza chains here. They are structured more like a Subway where they have all the toppings displayed behind the counter and you walk with the pizzaiolo to add the toppings you want.

I also passed a Weed Shop when I was out, which I'll need to check out soon.

 

I use a full dropper orally of guarenteed potent tincture....it is just for augmentation in my circumstance....I guessed....just didnt want you to get to buzzed is all

having said that....I thought we all agreed no one was going to disagree with me any more?

my dad taught me to make pizza when i was a kid. he said that you can judge a place on their cheese pizza, he used to have his ingredients shipped to him in VA from NY/NJ.
im very picky about my pizza, my dad's were the best.

it was edible but undercooked. Im out of gas for the grill ida put some slices on there. I should get some gas today now to think of it.

 

I've heard a similar type of view about Burrito places here, that you can judge the place based on their Bean and Cheese Burrito.

Is it that you, assuming you are in agreement, see the Cheese Pizza as a foundation and the other toppings as merely ancillary?


I seem to have "Gestalt" type of taste buds when it comes to Pizza or most foods really, where I cannot infer much about say a Supreme Pizza based off a Cheese Pizza. Each type of Pizza is like a different whole to me rather than a sum of it's parts.

don't know why I didn't figure this out earlier or long before the guano pissy smell in my upper rooms is from bats in the chimney. Looks to be about six to eight that I can see in the sky and going back in. I'm not mad I'm just going to seal that f****** wall up real good on the inside so you can't bring that smell through and then they can live there happily ever after I don't give a fuk.
