It’s also a historically bipartisan committee that boasts a strong relationship between the top Democrat and Republican on the panel.

“People are concerned to know the relationship between Putin and Trump,” Chairman Eliot Engel (D-N.Y.) said in an interview. “We’re working our way there.”"

 

In the next administration here's the task at hand, break the stranglehold that the nations 15 largest banks have on the economy. It's unconscionable that this list currently holds 13 Trillion in assets. This kind of power must be broken up and freedom returned to the American people.

A few years ago we heard the phrase " too big to fail " . If this is really true then they're too big to continue as they are.

 

Bullshit, there are now an estimated 1,700 international conglomerates that basically run the world economy, and chopping up US banks into nice easy to digest pieces would inspire the Pentagon to declare martial law. Its empire baby, and any pretense of free markets is being dumped in the toilet. The Pentagon rules the world now, but you can write your congressmen all the letters you want and keep voting for whoever advertises the most.

Donald Duck is an inspiration to generals everywhere, that its good to be king if the mindless mob is running the country.

 

I submit they need breaking up as does Google , Apple, Microsoft, AT&T , Verizon and many, many more and yes I'm well aware of the large group of multinationals that run the world. We are but many aren't , in fact most aren't.
BTW AT&T was busted up back in 1984 and then the US Government under every administration since has allowed it to rebuild itself anew.

 

The problem is the entire world economy is already falling apart at the seams, with 25% of the economy depending on fossil fuel exports that are usually the only real source of income for entire countries, and oligopolies running everything. The US is in a mad power grab to consolidate everything as fast as possible before the crap hits the fan. Fuck the international conglomerates, the entire world economy is about to be decided by computers which are increasingly running everything and doing everything. China's entire electronics assembly line is being automated, while the green house effect has twenty years tops before things get out of control. Within 50 years, without completely changing everything, people will start to starve by the billions.

China loaned the US all the money they did after the economic collapse, knowing damned well money won't be able to buy them food forever.

Last week Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe tried to mediate U.S.-Iran relations during a summit with supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. The attacks took place while Abe and the Japanese delegation were still in Iran.

Following Pompeo's assessment of the attacks, Japan, through multiple diplomatic channels, said the evaluation "has no backing" and that there was no way to conclude Iran was behind the attacks.

Japanese Foreign Minister Taro Kono also made the same statement during a phone call with Pompeo on Saturday, according to Kyodo."

The US and Iran can spout all the smack they want, but the US is not the only fucking people in the world with satellites in orbit that can diagnose skin cancer.
