Im going with nerves. my tummy didnt like what I had to eat the night before. ive looked in my journal and the last times I had super sick. was ice cream and waffles .. the other time was ham sammich on beer.< and that is exactly what i went to bed on. but didnt drink that much .my normal is 6 genesee, but i only have 4.5 I can crush a 12pack this beer no problem..
so most def the ham. probably should not eat that on sleep belly. my belly likes bologna, and salami in the middle of the night., but never ham. so im sure to remember that the nect time.

thanks for asking and your worries. yinz teh best.

  13. You went to the ER because your tummy hurt because of a ham sandwich? :flushed:

I went to the hospital because I was puking for 6hours straight with dehydration setting in, couldnt keep down a sip of water. case you didnt know I also have multiple sclerosis. not sure that has anything to do with dry heaving, usually the body will except things like honey, sugar and salt water.. if dry heaving does not quit. its dangerous to your internal organs, with little water can trigger heart attack.. tummy ache.. you should learn to read back some..
