Anybody Else Ever Done it with a Microscope?

Ever since I can remember I’ve been interested in science. When I was in middle school, I got a microscope for Christmas — not some plastic piece of shit either. This was not a toy. It was all metal construction with powerful high quality optics and precision focusing mechanics. I loved that thing — looked at bugs, pond-water, bread mold, my own blood, and much more.

At twelve I discovered masturbation. Within a month or so of that first squirt, guess what I peered at under the microscope. My preferred method of masturbating was to hump the bedsheet, prone. But that was not a useful way to harvest a sample. The sheet fabric absorbed the fluid before I could gather it. So indeed, my motive for learning how to do it on my back using the hand was my desire to get some of my boy-juice onto a glass slide and under a lens.

At age twelve I still had no pubic hair, my penis was still small, and my semen was still clear and watery. Back then, 35mm camera film came in little tins. I held one of them over the end of my penis and stroked one out with the other. I prepared a slide with the result and slipped it into the microscope. I tried higher and higher powers, right up to the max, but it still looked like clear water. Clearly at that age I was shooting blanks.

But that was not the last time I tried that exercise. At age fourteen I remember trying it for perhaps the third time. My semen had, in the interim, become thick and slimy and milky-colored. By this time I had become adept at masturbating on my back using my hand. Even though humping the bedsheet was still my favorite method, it was not suitable to situations like camping trips, or for when I was spending the night at Grandma’s house, for example. Again I used a film-tin as a collection vessel. It did not pour easily onto the slide, but I was able to prepare the slide nonetheless. Then under the lens it went, and I peered at it under low power. I could see that the fluid was not uniform. The milkiness was in feathery streamers floating around in the fluid. I upped the magnification again and again, but still just saw bigger feathery clouds. I was about to give up, and then I saw that the clouds were composed of tiny specks, and those specks were wriggling. Even under high magnification, those little spermies are tiny. At 600X I could clearly see that they looked just as they do in biology books, with little wriggling tails. At 1200X, I was able to follow one very ambitious one as it swam all the way across the field of view.

Anybody else ever looked at their own spermatozoans?

Never has the opportunity to check it. But I would still love to see my little swimmers in action. How long are they active when exposed to air and not a warm body?

Wow, I had forgotten about that! I had a binocular microscope when I was in high school. I think it went up to about 1200x as well. I remember wanting to look at my sperm cells, and I had a Playboy magazine that I kept hidden in my room. I pulled it out and started jacking off. I had a glass slide on the desk, and when I started cumming, I grabbed the slide and coated it and my hand with cum. What a mess. I put another slide on top, and tried to wipe off the excess. I was still shaky from my orgasm, and in my rush to get the slide on the microscope under the clips, I managed to get cum smeared on the platform and the focus knob. But I was able to see my little guys swimming around there. But my microscope had an incandescent light bulb as a source, and the heat from the lamp killed the little guys pretty quick.
