Well, they're mentioned on the front page of the campaign's website, and Paul promotes the campaign at his concerts, so I'd say he's pretty heavily involved.[/QUOTE] . will check the campaigns site out and find out how heavily involved he is . / peace/

I watched it. :) I would have liked to have seen more of Paul, though. As in the amount of time he was given, more songs, etc, etc. I guess that's the network's fault, though. All of us girls were singing all the words to the songs and mooning over him. :D Oh, and how the men's faces grew red...:D I guess they would have rather seen their football...Pshh.

wtf is with all the Paul hating? Paul was best songwriter, bassist, and soft-song singer (John did better when it came to sreaming/nearly screaming)... he had more solo hits then any of the other Beatles, and could play all the instruments that the others could, except for the sitar...

And just what has he done as a person to make you say "I don't like him as a person"??

Do you people, who do not like him, even listen to his solo work? I don't think you do.. therefore, you should not say "he sucks".

Or maybe it's just because Paul never had an assassination attempt against him...

First off, no one said "He Sucks". Second, hits don't matter, have you listined to any recent hit songs nowadays? I just think John was a much better song writer and a better vocalist.

So you admit you have not listened to any of his music?

    Grow up then.

Sold out how? And what other things? And what do these have to do with him being a super talented musician?

. as i have already stated lad . i think he is a talented musician . he"S a multi millionair " but gives fuck all back to the city and fans that have stuck by him ". even one member of his family called him a tight bastard, i think he is an arrogant person who has lost touch with his roots and fans . its funny how people slag bono off for tryin to make a positive change to third world debt etc etc " now if that was mc cartney i wonder what peoples responses would be ? HAIL MACCA . as for him doing charitable work "i will not comment on this" for now as i dont know the facts .but will look this up .

I think Paul & john would be upset to hear us fighting like this. Both Paul and john were good singers, you can like them both. As for Paul being a sell out, I actually can't stand to hear anyone presume to know when someone has sold out. Pretty arrogant to think you know when someone stops putting their heart into their music. You don't have to hate Paul because he has some human flaws, if he's a "tight bastard" or something

John is my favorite, I just find it annoying that people do not like Paul... he always got the least amount of credit when he was with The Beatles, and his solo stuff almost always received bad reviews...

imo, people who do not like him, are just going along with the bandwagon that's been here for years.

John didn't do hardly any charity work, Paul has done more, and people seem to forget that John decided to "retire" from music for his own family... wouldn't that make him an arrogant ass who doesn't care about his fans and friends too?

so john hardly done any charity work " is this a fact ? paul has done more ( please tell me about paul"s charity work). john did more for peace ie =marches etc etc .as for john retirering from music for his own family ( I and i am sure other people would comend him for that )putting his family and not making money first . john was closer to the people and his fans than paul will ever be . regards

I thought he was amazing, I turned the TV on only to see him. Then it went off again. Paul McCartney is beautiful, beautiful man.

aha.... if Paul found a cure for AIDS, you still wouldn't cut him any slack, would you?

I lost all my links to my sites... look it up yourself... Paul was as close to his fans in the Beatle days as John was.

If Paul would've been shot on that evening in 1980, you'd be loving him and talking shit about John, if he were in Paul's place.

Ya, you're right. This is a kind of silly argument. :& Maybe i am being too harsh on the guy. But I have to say, I do like John's style alot more.
