I saw that this morning. Very disappointed in them. Don't target PUBLIC TRANSPORT, you idiots, go block up a motorway or something.

 

Lol Yeah, people on the motorway love being blocked and also drive there in their off time, they're not busy with (getting to or off) work!

I'm not saying the people affected would care less or be less angry, but at least they'd be protesting against something (car use) that was causing more pollution than public transport. I don't actually suggest it anyway, it was just the first idea that came into my head as something that made more sense than stopping a train.

 

My dad and friends stopped a train once by building scaffolding tower on the tracks. That was to stop a train that was taking nuclear waste to be dumped at sea though : )

I do not like those giant stupid scarves women are wearing around their neck these days and now I just seen a dude wearing one

 

I'm going to use the same scarf this year as I use every year. For some people, scarfs are a fashion statement. Here, you wrap them around your head like a fucking terrorist to stay warm or you get frost bite.

 

Not sure if I'm aware of giant scarf trend but last few years the bobbles on bobble hats have got bigger and bigger and look silly.

I have a lovely scarf. It's green.

 

I think it's more of a rap technically not a scarf like you just put on to go out in cold weather or traditional style I wear those kind and that puts these ones are like a giant turtleneck style thing around their necks really puffy and large... I know there's another name for them I just can't think of it I haven't lived with three sisters for ages

"cowl" probably. i think they can be done tastefully/ practically, but the oversized ones do look silly, and are probably a pain in the ass to wash.
