It really depends on your area. A lot of bud is more dence than other bud, so it really does depend. I once bought and 8th that I got 14 bowls out of; I got one once that I only got three out of. I guess, by rule of thumb, if you have a half gram sized bowl on average, then you will get six or seven out of an 8th. If you're a new smoker, you'll probably get pretty stoned off just one bowl. You'll probably even get stoned off just a few hits, all depending on the quality of the weed.
i once got high 27 times (i counted) from a gram ($20) of strong super bud. of course my tolerance was much lower back then
i usually get like 3 bowls out of a dime 6-7 out of a 20 so id say about 10-12 from an eigth , never really buy eigths or big bags much anymore. plus like mentioned before it all matters on the denseness of the bud. and some weed may pack more bowls but it doesnt mean it is good and will most likely burn quickly so stick with the hydro or dense bud if you can get it
off an eight of resin i can get pretty high bout 17 times as i usually have about 2 small gravity bongs to myself (gravity bongs are great for making good use of ur weed) and in each bowl i put about 0.1 gram in. And im pretty much a light weight.... however i hardly ever get stoned 17 times of my weed cause i always end up sharin it with my mates who are not good with saving weed..... 3-4 of us could get through an eigth quite easily in a night and get mighty fucked!
Well, it all depends on the bowl, the density of the weed, and how much you regularly pack. I've seen bowls that could hold 2-3 grams, and i've seen ones that hold 1/30th of a gram. The usual size of a metal bowl around here holds on average 1/3 of a gram, so that would be 10.5 bowls, closer to 8-9 though allowing for stems and seeds.

Me and my friend usually go through about a 1/8 in a night. Its easy when your smokin blunts. last weekend we had to re-up so we got a 1/4 and it was gone by monday mornin.
There is pretty much NO way to answer this question. First of all, bowls range from one-hitters that hold maybe .2g to party bowls that hold well over an 8th. Second of all, like SagaciousKJB2 said, the density of bud varies. You could compare two bolws of the same size, one might have a gram in it, the other half a gram. How dry the bud is also makes a big difference. For your second question there are SO many variables it's not even funny. Just because you area newbie doesn't mean it's easy to get you high. It will vary person to person on the amount needed to get stoned, and what exactly do you consider blazed? People have different ideas about how high you have to be before being blazed. THC is used up in seed production. While not all seed-containing bud will be low quality usually the only bud with seeds is low(er) quality bud. Why would a grower go to the trouble of growing extremly high quality bud, only to not remove the males? Jointman, I hope you aren't only getting 3-1/2 of the bowls in your sig picture. The bowl only looks like it holds a quarter gram at most.
Depends on the size of the bowl. I used to make "Marlboro-box" pipes out of a Domino Sugar box or a saltine box by cutting out a hole the size of the circle with the Domino brand name in it and sticking a straw in the end. One bowl or less.
With a plastic tube inserted into the straw, I was able to take nose tokes—big enough tokes to see the box cave in from the suction!
i get about 4 joints from an 8th....i roll big though.. but yea usally 4. i never really use my pipe..
