Lol, wtf you talking about kemosahbee? I was talking about the current influence of the kkk and you bring up all of these "examples" that have nothing to do with the group. Just for an easy one, google the San Bernardino shooting. Not only does it NOT have anything to do with the kkk, but it doesn't have anything to do with Trump or white supremacy or even white people at all for that matter, except for those who were shot at. You really should read up on it tho, I really think you might like these two murderers. Not only were they non whites, but they were KILLING white people!

Sometimes, a comment isn't necessarily funny or racist, it just lacks class.

 

And what if they friendly decline, and decide to laugh (which does not necessarily means they shrug off serious racist discrimination at all)? What if they find enjoying such crude humour enriches their lifes?

Seems it entirely depends if its ment to hurt or offend, or for an actual humorous purpose and maybe partially to provoke/make you think a little.

This isn’t the first time ol Corny has made racist comments and he’s also said some rly nasty transphobic comments recently too. What’s worse is that he refuses to own up to it, apologize, and try to move on with dignity. Fuck em.

that were directed towards gays, and has made light of suicide but never so bluntly directed towards blacks

 

So, you perceive a certain kind of humour as not funny and conclude that others who do must also condone serious discrimination because of it. That makes you wrong.

I'm not saying it isn't funny, Asmodean. I'm saying that it's exceptionally inappropriate. A big part of who I am is knowing what is appropriate. Because of this, it's really important for me not to condone in any way racist insults. Now you argue that these jokes are not insulting, or at least not meant to be.

Just because something isn't meant a certain way, doesn't make it any less insulting to someone who is sensitive. You can argue that someone is being over sensitive until you are blue in the face. It does not change the fact that they take offense!

Ok, I'll rephrase because you really seem to think you're not falsely dubbing people racists if they don't go along with you condemning certain jokes inappropriate.

The motive/intent can make a joke inappropriate, as well as location or the audience you're telling it to. The subject matter on itself can be anything. It's ok if you don't find certain jokes appropriate. But you're wrong when you assume others who do must be racist because of that.
