You're aware the conclusion drawn in that pic is actually propaganda, right. Nobody knows what crime rates would be like if NY were all white. It would be a completely different situation, like alternative reality. This conclusion is for simpletons or for people who want to believe this.

I do not believe he is hysterical at all, just because you falsely read that into his response. This particular incident did not involve murder, it could have been murder, but thankfully the girl did not die. You sir are hyping things up, or trying to. As seen by the level of outrage and responses in this thread where some believed she died. It was a horrible act of running the girl down, it is terrible. I am glad she lives and only has a few bumps and bruises.

Do I believe everything that I read in papers as true, no. Like you did In this thread, so do news writers, hype things up, which makes all things be scrutinized. This includes claims of racism, there has been enough false accusations of such things where now it has to be looked at and scrutinized.

The police do not exactly say the girl was hurt because she was Latina .

admitted to steering her SUV onto a sidewalk on Dec. 9 in the suburban Des Moines community and running
over the teenager, who was walking to school to watch a basketball game. Franklin then fled the scene.

Franklin made several derogatory statements about Latinos during a police interview in which she admitted she
intentionally ran over the teenager, police said.

In the police statement the police chief said the woman stated she ran over the girl because she was ‘a Mexican’, and she hates Mexicans, you can look up police chief Michael Venema statement on video.

"In February 2018, Franklin was charged with harassment and domestic abuse assault after she bit her boyfriend and threw something that struck him in the back of the neck, according to a criminal complaint. During the confrontation, Franklin picked up a butcher’s knife and repeatedly said she would kill her boyfriend, the complaint said."

I wonder why she was let out from the Feb 2018 charges or if that went to trial, yet? Charges dropped? Seems to me they should have been harder on her, what with picking up a knife and threatening to kill him. If the tables were turned and a man did that to me, you can be sure he would still be in prison, get no bail. Seems this woman is full of hate and anger.
