    north korea has been spamming the fact that they have nukes for years..

    I think China is pulling our chain again (interesting anagram there).


    China controls N Korea in every way, all the way down to providing 90 percent of their energy. Kim does what he is told. China would not allow him to follow through in any way, but they do enjoy watching us work ourselves into a lather.
