what a difference a culture makes....or in north America's case?...a lack of culture these are street dogs where I come from...you don't kiss them when you are drunk....you eat them when you are drunk
There's a food truck here that does some pretty damn good brats. And sauerkraut, some kind of yummy sourdough bread, house made mustards...the whole works. I think the owners are from Germany
Oh haha I lost track of what thread I was in. I thought rolling was adding onto the conversation about brats and street food going on in whichever thread it is. My bad.
And there ara alcoholics like me. What a piece of shit I am, right? I am a fucking alcoholic. I am drinking currently.
Uh... I don't despise you. And if you're really an alcoholic and you want help, those resources are out there. You'll be fine if that's what you want. But no one despises you my dude
Have you ever been to a meeting before? It's unlike other things. I don't have anything against it personally. What I like about AA is you get to tell your story - embellishments and all. Not that one should embellish, but you learn after awhile telling your story that it's better for you if you don't. Some people learn this faster than others though. I learned about telling my story at a very young age - 13. I didn't have a story then; only experiences that I could share. This was at an emotional growth boarding school which was good, but not a meeting. You might like meetings, @Grandeur.
You've got to learn not to think badly of yourself... You have a bike & a computer. That's something! Though it may not feel like much, you have a leg up (an advantage) on some people. I hope things work out for you @Grandeur & here are the meetings. Meetings
I have a bike and a cell phone. I broke up my pc when i was drunk last year. Edit: Also a flat. I have a flat.
ok... don't break your phone. You can work on getting a new PC at a later time. It's important to take care of yourself & I'm sorry that happened... How often have you been drinking?
