Video footage might be difficult to capture. but every smart phone has a free voice recorder app that will work just as well.

 

kindof depends on what you say and do i would rather imagine, also depends on the personalities of everyone present.

there's nothing automatic or legal implications if the only condition is one drunk male and one non-male human.
but the influence of alky or other mind altering substance doesn't make legitimate or legal excuses for any sort of inconsiderate behavior, regardless of gender.
