Strangest Experiences...

(By 'strange' i mean odd/unusual/very different, but answer the questions by your definition by all means)

1. What do you think the 'strangest' thing that you've ever done and/or participated in is?

2. What have others thought to be the 'strangest' think you've ever done and/or participated in is?

3. Is there any 'strange' thing you hope to do and/or be a part of in the future?

My Answers:

1. I took a vow of silence for one year when i was 15 (but it only lasted a little over 5 months) I did so because, as i entered highschool, i felt that i would learn more from just observing and looking inward then i would from interracting. Now i see that, for me, the most 'educational' way to live is to have a balance between my internal and external worlds...

2. From 7th grade until last year i wanted to be homeless. People thought that was very very strange. I actually remeber my first day of highschool when they had all the Freshmen in the auditorium and they asked everyone to stand up if they wanted to go to college. - I was the only one to remain seated. It made sense to me, and still does.

3. Oh, all the 'strange' things i hope to take part in...
~live in commune
~live in nudist colony
~visit and study inmates
~take another vow of silence
~live in the woods
~be a porn director (backup career)
~invent something

 

Hi Tattoed!

Do u know I had a strange/interesting experience recently? It was a "past life" regression. I was hypnotised and taken back to a "past life" and that was a girl of 8 who lived in 1872.

It was strange because the feeling of being someone else was strong - stronger than imagining something.

While I was "back there", I talked about a storm that killed people in the English Channel. Later, I found evidence on the net of big storms in the Channel that year, which led to shipwrecks and the building of sea defences.

I really don't know what to conclude from that, but I like to keep an open mind!

I've had the past life regression before as well. I was some british guy on the titanic wearing a bowler cap or whatever it was.

 

Everyday is the strangest day of my life and I love it.

 

Many people consider my barefooting to be really weird, especially in winter or when I walk in the city. Even some people I've known for a long time will still ask me 'are you still barefoot' on a cold day.

I can't really think of many answers to your questionsbut the wierdest thing was like.. having sort of a threesome with another girl and a guy. and also watching porn with my friend and touching myself and getting off haha...

3. well- i wanna go to a nude beach.. drive naked.. cook naked with someone else.. do many naked things.

1. The strangest thing I ever participated in happened in Rizal Park in Davao City, Philippines. In the park, which is located pretty much in the centre of the city, the mayor ordered the burning of all the pot confiscated over the year. A large crowd was gathered, and I asked the mayor why he was doing this. He said "to show that pot is bad".... and I pointed out, that to get high of pot, it is usually required to burn it in some way, and then inhaul the smoke. There was tons and tons of pot lit and the smoke floated over the city in a wonderful haze. Totally crazy to watch, and even crazier was the logic behind it... "Pot is bad... here, get high".

 

the craziest thing i've ever done is go skinny dipping in the day n night and burn a plush penguin from an x-bf on new years with my friends.
ppl say i dress "different" because i'll come to school like a total hippie with flowers in my hair, or wear a muu-muu, or go totally goth(black lipstick n all), and even dressed in a 50s poodle skirt....pretty much anything i can get my hands on. at the end of last yr, they voted me in the yearbook as "most unique."
i hope to one day dance in a forest naked, live in a hippie bus/van(that i paint myself), live as a traveling hobo, get a tattoo., and do anything that comes my way. i'll pretty much do anything that will make me feel free if i ever get a chance. my goal in life is to experience everything possible so that in the end ill feel like i did something extraordinary with my life.

 

Craziest thing was going on top of an overpass with my friends, lighting our chemistry stuff on fire, and tossing it over the bridge (when there were no cars anywhere near). I don't take any responsibility for my actions- I had waaaaaay too much coffee.

Everyone thinks it's "strange" that all my electives in high school are made up of Spanish or French and that I want to go to an Ivy League school and be a dual major... I just call it overambitious. Imma lazy overachiever..

I plan on backpacking by myself around Spain and/or Latin America sometime during college. If I meet people to travel with me on the way then that would be alright too, but I want to start out alone.

~SilverClover - Yeah, perhaps you should stay off the caffeine for a bit... (safer for all probably, lol) It's cool that you dig languages so much; one of my good friends speaks German fluently and has been their twice - loves it! Doing the whole 'backpacking thing' sounds really cool... I'm actually going to England for a week at the end of March.

My boyfriend says that the 'strangest experience' in his life so far is when he walked in on his parents having sex... (Cringe and Shudder...)

 

a strange thing that i did in school once was me and my friend were talking about how cool it would be to walk right through doors like you were invisible...so i just walked right into one...i was dissapointed that infact i did not walk through the door..its so fucked up..hahaha peace and love
