Marijuana and Canadian border crossing

Hi,
I will be driving across the border to Canada soon and was wondering what precautions should be made to do it safely if I got a bag. Do they have search dogs?

well one you can stash it in coffee cans...adn two get your hads on a copy of book called "Between Friends" is a book on the canidian american borders, it shows all the umpatrolled crossing points(and belve me theres a lot ) the book is outlawed in canada, and the only one ive been able to find in the US is the one in my living room... but i know its around...and its essential if you dont want to get caught...good luck !!!!!

 

but since 9/11 things have change a lot at the boarder.and if they serch your car and they see a can of coffee there gonna look in side

dude!! canada has some of the best weed in the world, why the fuck would you risk taking a bag across when you can just buy some when you get there? goddamn this forum is goign to hell.

 

i know a guy who knew a guy who would pay someone 500 bucks to drive a pound from canada to here. sounds pretty risky to me...

Ya they often do extensive searches of vehicles nowadays if they have remote suspision, and I should know Ive crossed the canadian border approximaitely 35 times. My brother once got 5 pounds back into the states but that was 5 years ago and things have gotten a bit rougher. I do have to say though getting inot canada with bud is much easier than out of. I say if your desperate double baloon it and you know where it goes from there.

 

I crossed a few months ago coming into VT with just a few nugz but I was on foot. They searched my backpack and patted me down and had lots of questions about my didgeridoo. They seemed to believe it was some kind of weapon at first. I had to play it for em it was dumb. Don't know if I would've gotten away with anything more than the little bit because they were pretty grueling.

Sorry, dude. The reason is that we want to do it on the trip there. Are you telling me there are stores just on the other side of the border that will sell us pot? Sheesh

 

dude, dont act like your feelings are hurt, i can be a hell of a bigger asshole then that. not here there arent stores that will sell you pot but it wont be that hard to score up there. you should have clarified ur intentions in your post. maybe toke up on the way to the border and then either tuck it in ur butt(yuck) or ditch it or finish it before you get there

 

the border patrol is pretty hardcore. dont take stupid chances. i've seen them rip apart cars if they find even the hint of a roach in an ashtray.
