Hello, I'm just introducing myself

Hello everyone
I'm a 60 year old male from the UK and suffer with moderate hip pain ( LHS ) and low RHS back pain
Hip pain has been diagnosed as arthritis.
I hope to provide support and get support and advice from this forum. As a newcomer to this site, i would appreciate help on how to navigate around the site,

Ive clicked on the link, and there are sub divisions, so do I ask my questions on there, or create a sort of " sub thread " sorry, Im not familiar with forum postings.
