I'm blessed to know people that have a true generosity of spirit, I'm so amazed by them sometime. I want to be like them when I grow up. So that's something I'm working on, to be more open and generous to the people I love.
Love can be a bit hard too. Like pulling your Grandkids into line. I'm talking solid boys. You growl at them. Because they are in bliss with Nan and Pop. I'm regimented. My Grandfather was a Sergeant Major. But my love is dished out for them. I wear my heart on my sleeve.
I Never expect sex Dej. Give it as a gift. When you get a touch older like me it's like a little present to your girl. And present it properly. Not a cheap present.
I know one or two people that are true generosity of spirit. Very hard workers. They would help you if you were on their death beds and I would help them. You don't get people in your life like this but once. I make them feel special when I can.
They're hurt people. I don't think believing that means you "let them off" or whatever.. It's just however we treat people, the good and the bad, should come from love, not hate and revenge. I would remove a "bad person" from society for the love of society, not hate of the bad person. I then would invest time and effort into helping these "bad people", who, more often than not, are simply damaged. The more we learn about neuroscience, the more this is apparent. Final chapters of Incognito by David Eagleman are worth reading in regards to this. The whole book is worth reading in regards to life in general.
Some people never know the joy of loving everyone. But then it seems normal people, who both hate and love, receive the extremes of both. Understanding is a high, though.
I don't think i give or receive anything. And judging how most adults define love, i'd rather receive love from a dog or child than an adult human being. Whether i love in return or not would be choiceless without any obligations.
disapointment is the price of expectation. to each their own, if that's what someone wants. when they're not trying to blame someone else when it turns around and bites them on the ass. which is what the filth of fascism does. the real root of evil is the desire to be feared. the ignorant might think that would be fun, until its their own eye they poke out. then they whine about everyone else and try to blame everyone else. there are lots of things you can intimidate other people, demand from other people, they may then go through the motions for their own survival, but nothing you get from anyone by demanding it is love. sorry to get heated, but there is simply no love in demanding or expecting to be loved. nor does the universe nor any god their might happen to be, owe it to anyone either.
