I watched a show on the Discovery Channel (I think) about crop circles. They had a group of men try and create one of these amazing things. They had five hours to do one. When they were done theirs was really quite simple. No intricate pattern and they could only get ONE done. Where are they coming from?? What gives?

I think Canada and Germany report the most each year? I could be wrong on this. Feel free to correct me.

Crop circles are actually formed by static energy from the Sun. There are also ice circles, which man can not create. Check those out.

Yes, MC is correct. The majority of crop ciricles -- and the most complex of them -- are found in the UK.

As far as the static the person mentioned above... that is nothing more than a mere theory.

Nobody has any definite explanation for what causes crop circles. Some have been created by humans, but obviously the more complex ones have no explanation.

All I will say is that there is so much about this world we don't know and likely never will.

There have been scientific studies recently of elements left inside the circles areas. I cant remember exactly what was in them, but they were not common elements available to man, and some of them could only be produced in a lab setting. Hard to explain.
