I was lucky, for the first time in my life I seemed to avoid it. I think the fact that I have mondays off and the weather is lousy (rain and sleet showers and gusty winds) so I stayed in all day helped. You know though, I'm sure I heard someone setting of fireworks. Surely people don't have Fireworks for Valentines day, I thought they were only for Bonfire night, Divali, New Year, Christmas, Halloween, Birthdays, .... Regarding the title though, is that Happy, Fucking Valentines Day, or Happy Fucking, (on) Valentines Day
theres nothing wrong with valentines, yeah of course its another way for corparations to get more money off of us, but the idea behind it is a good one. not evreyone shows the people they love that they love them everyday. i see nothing wrong with having a whole day for showing the person i love how i feel. but then again, i can do that everyday so you are right, today is just another day but this time we both make the effort to make it extra special roll on 9pm..... namaste and happy valentines people! no...no fucking on valentines day...it's not allowed... i know sunny afternoon...tonight has proved that somewhat...but still... and you should be getting cards at least...being single shouldn't stop that...i'm sure there is someone out there that was thinking of you yesterday...it's not possible that no-one was...you're too pretty and wonderful for that be true...
i don't usually give just one person a valentine - i usually go out with all my friends who i love very much. if there happens to be a special someone, they get extra attention of course, but if its a day of love, why not give your love to as many people as you can?
