Okay, I know a person, not gonna say who, who has found these places that claim to pay you to take online surveys. The person says that these sites say that some people make $1,000 dollars a month by doing this. I've tried to talk the person out of it, to tell them it's a scam, but they'd rather believe the websites. I know that the person is going to be very disappointed when they don't make a living from home with online surveys, so can anyone help me figure a way to convince them? Any links to places defrauding these claims? Help with my argument? Anything? Many thanks to those who help.
Check this out: http://www.womenatwork.co.za/scams/surveyscams.htm Apparently a lot of them are scams. Mostly the ones offering to pay alot of money. The legitimate ones, of which most are free to participate, do pay, but it's not very much at all. Tell your friend to try selling oranges by the freeway, instead! heh On Google's forum, A guy said he does legitimate ones and only makes $35 a month if he's lucky . Hope this helps!
I've never been paid by a survey site. I'm in a bunch of those 'paid to click' sites and while I've made a several hundred bucks over the year, it's not anywhere near a way to make a living... In one I have a downline of about 2000 and I still make only $1 a day, if I spent quite a bit of time clicking that is. And a good half of the sites never pay a penny; either the whole site disappears or you redeem and never hear from them while the site stays up. It's a nice way to earn some, but if you wanna make a living get a real job
