How do you shave,pluck or otherwise get rid of dick (cock) hair

I have a few sprigs, truthfully a fair amount under mine that extends about 1/3 of the way. Maybe 40-60 of the unwanted. I have been plucking them out with tweezers but there has to be a better way. I am afraid of products like Nair, and a bladed shaver is to scary.

Any ideas.

 

There is now a hair removal cream on some shelves now called Nadd. It doesn't have as much burn when applied. It would work well for your concerns. I've tried it but didn't find it adequate enough for my overall grooming. I use Magic Shave powder

 

Trim it a short as you can. The use a NEW multiple blade razor and a good shaving gel. Soak in a hot bathtub first. Apply shaving gel and then pull the skin taught and run the razor over it in the direction of the hair growth. That’s it.

If you want to take it all off, the best ways are waxing and epilating. Waxing is expensive if you have it done professionally, and extremely difficult to do it yourself. I use an epilator for everything except the shaft and scrotum. That’s where the good razor comes into play.

 

Never thought about waxing. I think I would be to embarrassed to say wax these down here (Joking)

I have red hair. Typical red head skin. As a kid called carrot top and all the older men rubbed my head messing up my hair for luck. Pubic hair is still red but head is now white. Never understood why hair changes that way.

 

to me, the basic shaving cream plus razor blade works, doing it very carefully, of course.

 

Try using hair conditioner shampoo to soften the hair. And go from there. When you shower just let the shampoo conditioner set there as you wash the rest of your body. And rinse it off at the end of your shower. It seems to make the hair softer and I would think easier to work with..

 

I use a multi blade razor and shaving gel. Any shaving gel for men works well. I soap up in the shower, rinse well, then apply the gel but I don't lather it up much. Shaving is smooth with the multi blade razor and I don't apply much pressure. Just let the razor glide over your cock as you pull it tight. Same for the scrotum but you may have to pull it this way or that to get everything. After rinsing and drying I apply a lotion infused with aloe. This keeps stubble infection to a minimum. 3 times a week in the shower works best for me. It takes a little practice and you may leave a stray hair or two. Don't worry you'll get them the next shave.

 

I trim short with an electric grooming device. No stubble to grow out.

 

Hair conditioner has always done well for me as I keep mine completely shaved smooth from bung hole to my tummy.

 

I usually trim with scissors first, or I just used the moustache/beard trimmer on my electric razor and go up the shaft that way

 

Years ago I plucked my pubes. It was great and really kept things smooth. I then went to a razor that I still use on a daily basis. I also have a body groomer to keep things short and smooth.

 

I've been shaving for years. Problems for me are 1- that it takes a very long time, because you have to be extra careful with the scrotum and shaft, and 2 - I like to have everything smooth from balls to butt crack, and some of those areas are tough to do on your own if you're not a contortionist.

So I've actually been considering waxing lately, in order to get a thorough job done, and also for the reason that you don't need to have it done as frequently as you need to shave. However, my wife makes sure to caution me about the pain associated with waxing. She's had it done a few times, but mostly does her own cleanup these days.

So what say you guys who get waxed? Is the pain as bad as I'm hearing? What are your pros & cons about doing it?

 

I shave every day in the shower with a multi blade razor. It's so easy if you keep it shaved every day. Only takes me a couple of minutes.

 

I shave 2-3 times a week. I leave a landing strip above, but shave everything else.

 

I use a foil shaver to clear the entire area right to my sweet hole. It doesn't nick like other shavers and keeps the area smooth.

 

Laser hair removal is permanent, but why is anyone worried about pubic hair? Is is NATURAL!

 

I shave mine. Sometimes clean and smooth. Sometimes with some stubble.

 

I shave mine every week with ladie's razor. I do a dry shave (no water or cream). Wet shave takes longer and difficult to handle the shaft and scrotum when wet and slippery. Dry shave is quicker and very smooth. Ladie's razor won't give any cuts or burning sensastions. It takes less than 3 minutes to shave the whole area including the shaft and scrotum. I've done dry, with powder, wet with shampoo, wet with soap, and now wet with cream. Dry left ingrown hair and burns. Very uncomfortable and itchy. Powder was a little better but not much. Soap and shampoo worked okay but didn't provide the gliding action that cream does and allowed a little side movement resulting in small cuts occasionally. All done with a men's multi blade razor and a very light touch. The latter gives me the least amount of trouble so I will continue to use cream. I shave every other day and follow it up with body lotion for my cock, scrotum, and anus. No cuts, ingrown hair, or burns. Just nice and smooth.
