I got back from South America a few weeks ago. Had a great time! Here are a few pics... the one of me was taken about 40 mins ago, tho Very tired am I!

Absolutely amazing

 

Peru, Chile, Argentina.

The 1st one was in Tierra del Feugo (Argentinian side). The 2nd was Peurto Montt, Chile, I think. The 3rd was in Santiago, Chile. The last was also Tierra del Fuego - beautiful Island!

It was a trip with my grandmother, actually. She is 86 so this was probably her last big trip, and she needed some assistance getting around - fortunately I was available for the job!

The trip definitely inspired me to go backpacking through South America. I will try to get around to doing that in a couple years. I backpacked in Europe for a few weeks a couple months ago, but South America seems more my style.

That or Southeast Asia! It never ends ...

We went by some fjords in Southern Chile that are apparently similar to the ones in Norway. Have you been to the fjords?
