Who gives a shit, murder one, two, manslaughter, laws vary by state. Bottom line he killed two people with an illegal gun after listening to Trump and his right wing propaganda.
    Why do you defend him!!!!!

The video, four shots into Roesnbaum...the man with the hand gun should be charged with attempted murder...really Tucker.

No, wrong again, you, like all Trump supports read his messages one way when confronted with what he said and another way when he says them.

Trump said paint balls fired into protestors for no reason are a "defensive mechanism".
    Let's break this down.

    Peaceful protestors.
Paint balls fired at them for no reason.
    Trump's conclusion...defensive mechanism.
As a defensive mechanism, it's okay to shot protestors with paint balls.
    Why?
A demonstration, in Trump's and his supporters view, are an attack on their person, so it's a defensive mechanism to shoot them.

In simple terms, it's okay to shoot protestors with paint balls.

I didn't realize you needed this explained to you.
But you are a Trump supporter and can't be reasoned with.

    Because VG is a troll...

Or VG advocates vigilantes with illegal firearms roaming the streets killing people.

Which is it VG? There are two choices there, picking a third option isn't allowed. So, which is it?

A lot of people it would seem

He wouldn't get lawyers like Pierce or Lin Wood if they didn't think the trial wasn't going to be a big deal

Depends more on whether Trump gets a second term or not though, if he doesn't, those lawyers might abandon Rittenhouse, if Trump does get a 2nd term though, expect a big show trial

    <popcorn eating emoji>

My personal thoughts: I don't think there will be enough evidence for "beyond reasonable doubt" for the first killing, and as for the 2nd and 3rd guys he shot, little 17 yr old dude would have gotten beaten to death if he didn't have the assault rifle

It will be a good 6 months until we get to the trial anyway, by which time you all here would have forgotten about it and/or if Trump gets a second term, you'll all disappear from this site anyway

You sound just like trump. You know when trump says "a lot of people". Those "people" are voices in his head. You say a lot of people, yet you only mention two. hmm

I'm still waiting for your answer. If you don't answer, it just proves that you are a troll.

or maybe it was one of those doctored videos that House Minority Whip, Steve Scalise, likes to make.

Scalise was the guy who was shot, and almost died, at that congressional baseball game. I guess he didn't learn humility.

You want to create your own little world where only two people are going to be interested in this case?

It's fascinating just on the fact that almost every step in the chain of events was caught on a cellphone. That doesn't happen all that often

Prepare for possibly the most covered trial since OJ, maybe, or maybe not

VG has placed all of his hopes on Trump defeating Biden in November.

For VG it’s either “I told you so” or it’s sick leave at the Dian Fossey Psychiatric Memorial Hospital....lol...

It all started off with a bunch of "peaceful protesters" trying to set fire to a dumpster so they could roll it at police, Rittenhouse being one with a fire extinguisher to put it out

Then a minute or two of who knows

Then Rosenbaum chasing Rittenhouse, throwing something on fire at him, one or two gunshots are heard from another person, then Rittenhouse turns and starts shooting maybe

Then, the events as described in the criminal complaint

This guy has the videos leading up to the shooting at 3:05

It would have been one of the two shots to the nuts and liver that killed Rosenbaum, tends to suggest the gun was pointed down, which is the kind of thing that happens when someone is trying to take a rifle away from you

I'm sure they will be able to work out things like if Rosenbaums prints were on the gun barrel and how far away Rittenhouse was from Rosenbaum when shots were fired, well before the trial

    But, "peaceful protesters" my arse

I've said to you twice before it should have been KLB instead of Tikka Masala Harris

At this point I would be slightly more convinced, Biden will win in November if KLB was his running mate

That would be the mayor that told protesters to fuck off home 4 days after Floyd's murder

Trump continues to dodge questions about systemic problems with police departments.

Trump answers for pair of Black pastors who were asked if police violence is systemic - CNNPolitics

    excerpt:

"Another example is Trump's mistaken perception that a terror attack hWhen Trump was personally asked whether he thinks systemic racism is a problem in the United States, given that there are also peaceful protests around the country calling for an end to it, Trump responded, "Well, you know you just keep getting back to the opposite subject. We should talk about the kind of violence we've seen in Portland and here and other places."

"The fact is that we've seen tremendous violence and we will put it out very, very quickly if given the chance," he continued.

The President also seemed to blow past a question about whether there is a need for structural change to the US' law enforcement organizations.

"Well I think the people are calling for structural change. And then you take the people of Kenosha that aren't here and that you won't see and that aren't protesting, but they want change also. They want to see law and order. That's the change they want," the President said. "They want the police to be police.""

The dark shadows in Trump's mind.

Five bizarre moments from Trump's interview with Laura Ingraham
In a particularly odd Fox News interview, the president riffed on Biden’s ‘shadow people’ and compared police shootings to golf

Five bizarre moments from Trump's interview with Laura Ingraham

    excerpt:

    "2. Shapes on a plane

    The president wasn’t finished.

“We had somebody get on a plane from a certain city this weekend,” he said, “and in the plane it was almost completely loaded with thugs wearing these dark uniforms, black uniforms with gear and this and that. They’re on a plane.”

    Ingraham asked: “Where was this?”

“I’ll tell you some time,” Trump said, “but it’s under investigation right now, but they came from a certain city, and this person was coming to the Republican national convention, and there were like seven people on the plane like this person, and then a lot of people were on the plane to do big damage. They were coming for –”

Ingraham asked if he meant these people on a plane were coming to Washington.

“Yes,” Trump said. “This is all happening.”

It may have happened on Facebook. In the real world, less so. Ingraham moved on."

Maybe, just Maybe that's because only 5% of the voting public put anything to do with police reform in the top ten things they give a shit about

Trump can't even handle the softball people of Fox anymore.

Five bizarre moments from Trump's interview with Laura Ingraham

    excerpt:

"4. ‘A sea of incompetent people’

“Let’s say for the sake of argument,” Ingraham said, in fact posing a question backed by solid polling data, “you have a deficit among female voters who may in some cases [think] you’re too aggressive, your tone or your tweets. What do you say to them directly about what you’ll do in a second term?”

“I have to be aggressive,” Trump said, “because I’m like standing here in a sea of incompetent people, stupid people and violent people – very violent people.”

Ingraham suggest that “kind of language” might be to blame for problems with attracting women’s support.

“Well,” Trump said, “Where are we? We’re in the White House, I see. See? OK. So I’m standing here in a sea of people, and we need law and order in this country and women see that with me. You’re never going to have law and order with Biden.”"

The U.S. doesn't have law and order right now with Trump and it has worsened during his term. Like other situations that have worsened such as trade, immigration, healthcare, workers rights, the coronavirus, and police engaging in brutality, he keeps saying he will solve the problems he created or exacerbated.

His unrelenting vitriol has divided the country.

It's a matter of if there are enough people remaining in the U.S. with any soul and compassion left in them to vote him out of office. The women have the ability to tilt the scale in 2020.

Like the posted Star Trek episode or the WB cartoon, the moment of enlightenment needs to arrive when people realize that someone has been taking advantage of them in the name of helping them. It can take a while to realize when people have been duped to fight with each other by a nasty, self-dealing spirit.
