ARG I dunno what it is but for the last couple of days ive been needingto wee LOADS. And when im not weeing i sometimes get a funny feeling almost where my clit is at the mouth of my vagina. Now ive had that thing where you need to wee lots before but it usually passes after a few hours/a day. This ones really dragging on. Jaycee said it could be because i didnt finish my antibiotics from the UTI i had but that was MOOONTHS ago (back when i thought id had a misscarriage or something) and it was only a really mild infection. I generally dont take tablets for anything and my bodies really good at healing itself. But this isreally bugging me and worrying me. Is there anything i can do to help it you think?
Could be something simple like a water infection hun, might be best to take yourself to the doc, just to be on the safe side if it's hanging around
ok cheers. i just hate doctors and drugs. I drank a load of water today and that seems to have helped a bit. Im worried because my diet has got really bad lately, eating LOADS of chocolate since i joined uni (like about 4 bars a day if not more) and notg much else other than snack food. I've always been a small eater but this is silly cos i cant help myself. Its mostly Fair trade chockie cos it tastes soooo good but if i cant find that i'll eat anything (except nestle) and all i drink is Apple juice or Chai tea and apple juice is really acidic. i dont know if that could be something to do with it. Jaycee also says ive seemed really tired and quiet lately too :S
Your diet most likely has something to do with it. Urine is basically only there to get rid of waste (which is normal and healthy) but if you're only eating junk and hardly any water, that will affect the balance of nurtients in your system and of the waste/fluids going out. I wouldn't be concerned with peeing alot (I pee alot too but I also drink tons of water) but you said you get a weird feeling in your vagina? I don't want to diagnose or anything but you might have an infection (especially if you feel more tired than usual). I understand your hesitancy about going to a doctor but you may want to if this feeling persists, just so it doesn't get worse.
Sorta sounds like a urinary infection, isn't too serious or too hard to get rid of but it is better to see a doctor.... I don't know if it goes away on it's own, I've never had it myself, my mom & a few friends seem to be susceptible to it but they don't have a problem going to the dr's for it so they just use the meds... And cranberry juice, that seems to be good, but again I don't know whether that alone will do it...
so you're peeing a lot and eating lots of junk food and you're tired/lethargic and possibly have a recurring infection are you hungry and thirsty all the time too?
not really. i generally never get hungry. i think im just addicted to the MSG or something i just crave sugary drinks and chocolate as much as i know i dont enjoy sugary drinks that much at all. (but chocolate is scrummmmy) And i dont think im drinking more than usual either. I think i'm peeing out more than im taking in which i guess isnt all that good. I dont really like doctors, ive had horrible lowerr back pains latley too but again dont wanna take it to the doctor hehehe im like a walking problem at the moment I guess your all probably right, its probably just the UTI come back. I guess i should go see the doc. It annoyig cos ive got a new doc through the university and i dont knoiw how to get hold of him :S im sure ill work it out next week
You should go to the doctor as soon as possible... once I had pretty much the same problem with the peeing a lot and the l ower back pain... and my back pain turned out to be a kidney infection... from a bladder infection that I had left too long... stay healthy dear!
yeah, with the flank pain you're having, you need to been seen asap. i asked about being extra hungry and extra thirsty because along with all of ms. fleassy's other symptoms, that could have pointed to a blood sugar problem. hey, fleassy, can you try to stay away from sugary junky foods for a while, and concentrate more on eating proteins and veggies that look like they still did when they're growing? if you have a urinary tract infection, feeding it sugar will just make it worse. if you're craving chocolate, sometimes that's a signal that the body needs more magnesium
This morning my belly pains were crippling and i was in tears so i rang my doctor and he was closed so i rang NHS direct and spoke to a nurse he told me to ring the emergency doctor.. i them got lost in the strange world of docter telephone lines and ended up at the "contageous deseases" phone line :S so i put the fone down in dispare and lay there for 20 mins... suddenly the pain was much less and i could walk and things. My back still really hurts and Jaycee had been trying to get me to go to hospital but as the belly peins refrained from being as bad as they were this morning i didnt let him take me. However im going to book to see the doctor next week some time i think. arg i hate how hard it is to get a doctor in brighton
