i just let my cats out of our spare room yesterday because they were on antibiotics for ring worm.we had to keep them contained for over 2 months to make sure it was gone and wasnt going to spread to us, or around the house. they are all better now, vet said no signs of any form of ringworm. however kaden my newborn was never around them until yesterday. he woke up this morning and his eyelids are pinkish red, and hes sneezing constantly. i called my peds but she said he cant even be on bendryl until hes 6 months old. my daughter sneezes all the time too, ever since she was little and has always been around cats. she almost 2 now so i can at least get her tested this yr, but now i have a huge dilema on my hands. my peds said to keep the hair away from him and the cats, vacuum clean bedding ect. wich im fine with but how do i keep my cats away from him or the hair, i have 3 long haird inside cats and they love us so there always laying up on everything. do i have to get rid of my furbabies??? i dont see how else im going to keep them away from him, and hes been weezing, so if it is the cats i dont want to put him in harm. god i dont want to give up my babies ive had them for yrs.......... please help me if anyone has any advice id greatly appreciate it
I can't find it right now but my mom has this spray stuff that is suppose to make animals stay away from it... you might look into that and see if it would help
